We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We will also ship to PO Boxes and to APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses.

Your privacy is very important to us. Your order will be shipped in a plain envelope or USPS box, depending on the size of your order. There will be no indication of what is inside whatsoever. No markings or logos to give it away! Not even your mailman will know what you are getting.

Same Day Shipping
We understand that when you buy products online you want your order as soon as possible. This is why all orders placed before 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders after 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the following business day. Rest assured, we will be sure to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email from us with your delivery confirmation or tracking number that can be used at the USPS.com website.
Free Standard Shipping
We are currently offering FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping on all orders under 1 (one) pound. Orders weighing one pound or more are charged the regular USPS Priority shipping rate. Orders under one pound may upgrade to the Priority shipping option for quicker delivery (2-3 business days).

Signature Confirmation Policy
For larger orders, generally over $100, we may require a signature confirmation to receive your order. This is to protect us and our customers. Shipping addresses with apartment numbers and P.O. Boxes may also be asked for a signature confirmation as well. The customer may request a signature waiver which upon doing so will relieve Great Lakes Nutrition of any liabilities of lost or stolen orders. No extra shipping charges will occur if we request a signature confirmation.
Undeliverable Orders
Please make sure that you give us your correct mailing address. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund minus shipping costs. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
